I have looked at this 3D printer and wonder what is the limitation on objects it can create? Most objects I have seen appear to be open top and hollow. Can you recommend any further resource to learn more about the capabilities before I make a decision?

Hey guys, I'm currently studying industrial design at monash uni and I'm really interested in purchasing one of these 3D printers? There are a variety of models on the market, do you guys have any suggestions as to which one I should go for and whether it can be bought here in Melbourne or Sydney preferably, also the price and whether or not a student discount would be available.

Regards,
