With 3D Printers now readily available in Australia this will be a welcome change to the long, expensive deliveries and lack of support that the Australian Open Source 3D Printing community has had to endure. 3D Printers Australia also believe that with the new support network for the RapMan and BFB 3000 3D Printers its is only a matter of time before many more High Schools, Tafes and Universities all have these very affordable and amazing machines.

Is there a list of what you need and what you get for “$2,299 + GST”? I have Solidworks, on an HP PC running XP64, plus a Mac with OSX !0.6.6.
Can you make a sample part from a file of mine?
What are the material prices? I note that the BFB price/kg is about 10X the normal moulding resin price – why?
Cheers
Bill
